Jenny Catherall is a New York-based director, producer, and filmmaker with over 12 years of experience creating short films and digital video content.
She’s currently an Executive Producer at People’s Television, where she directs and produces content for a diverse range of clients including Meta, the National Domestic Workers Alliance, the Simons Foundation, and TED. Before joining People’s Television, Jenny was a freelance producer and editor, collaborating with major clients such as Instagram, The New York Times, and MTV News to create original multi-platform content.
Jenny’s directorial work also includes Big Party on the Other Side, an award-winning short documentary that premiered at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. She is also passionate about supporting fellow artists and enjoys producing independent films. In addition, she was a 2015/16 CoLAB fellow at UnionDocs, a Multimedia Producer at Human Rights Watch, and holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from New York University.
