This short documentary film introduces viewers to a neighborhood in New York City that’s perpetually flooded with toxic water. After decades of neglect, residents facing daily health hazards are once again agitating city officials to improve the area’s infrastructure and their quality of life. No matter the outcome, they are determined to imagine a better future for themselves.
